Day 2 - Diet

Yesterday I did amazing! I drank four Lemonade bottles, walked up eight flights of stairs, and walked for twenty minutes.

I weighted myself this morning and I showed to have lost two pounds! Yea!!!

However, I have some bad news. This morning in the rush of leaving for work, I forgot my three bottles of my lemonade. Therefore, today is going to have to be placed on hold. Because of my mis-behavior in this I plan on doing an extra eight flight of stairs and extra twenty minute walk (this is of course on top of my already planned eight flight of stairs and twenty minute walk, I already had planned). I will keep my food intake down to a minimum (i.e. granola bar, fruit, and veggies).
